Land Acquisition on storage and refinery facility for CPO. We represent Indonesian interest on the land acquisition for CPO storage as well as storage and blending facility of fertilizer, chemical and industrial fuel.   

PSC Divestment. As advisor for the buyer we assist in the due diligence and structuring the acquisition.

Oil Refinery Development. We are involved in the development of oil refinery including the financing, construction as well as structuring the supply of crude oil for the respective oil refinery.

LNG Terminal development. We are exclusive counsel retained by a joint interest of Japanese and Indonesian parties for the financing and construction of LNG Terminal for storage and regasification.

Oil Field Acquisition. We have recently advised middle east investors in acquisition of an oil field in South Sumatera. Our scope of services include legal audit and convey various scheme for the acquisition

Securities Issuance. Issuance of private placement bond in the amount of IDR 40 billion.

Coal purchase. We advise sellers in bituminous coal sale and purchase contract.

Business divestiture. The largest franchise restaurant in Indonesia with more than 70 outlets throughout Indonesia valued more than USD 37 million.

Oil Mining Supporting Activities. Pertamina’s (state owned Oil Company)  first operation in Liquid Petroleum Gas (“LPG”) filling.  We involved in the negotiation, structuring and drafting the agreement of the joint operation and handling various internal corporate matters.

Sea Sand Mining.  Acquisition of concession and structuring the cooperation for the expansion of sea sand business.

Humanitarian projects. We have the privilege of serving a foreign country red cross organization as one of our retainer clients. We assist them in handling their day to day legal requirements, review on all their legal agreements as well as providing advices on general legal aspects of their operation here in Indonesia.

Offshore Companies structure and asset management. We have considerable offshore network which can be used to protect our clients’ asset and business practice in Indonesia through a series of offshore companies from various jurisdictions. One of our clients is a family-owned company with various offshore assets;

Intellectual Property Rights protection. Many of our foreign clients request our assistance in protecting their Intellectual Property’ interest in Indonesia. Having represented many of foreign entities, we are currently have close relationship with the officials at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights as the government’ arm in protecting Intellectual Property Rights;
